My experience was complicated by a rushed orientation process and unclear inventory management expectations. During my inventory tasks, I discovered expired items and unsanitary conditions in various areas, which posed potential health risks to both staff and patrons. Additionally, I observed a lack of professionalism in management meetings, where conflicts were addressed in front of the entire team, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
