Pros

Only positive I can share is their newly built headquarters in downtown Buffalo. Great location and amenities but the company is not worth much else.

Cons

First off, don’t expect an offer that’s market rate. Inflation has hit the economy hard, don’t expect this company to compensate for that. They undervalue their workforce and the owner or Jacobs family care more about jetting off, in their private jet to Boston, for their beloved Bruins that they own. I feel the only reason they operate in Buffalo, NY is to take advantage of the workforce here. The pay is abysmal, I was desperate at the time. The company is completely disfunctional from an IT or analytics standpoint. Not many can make heads or tails of the complete picture of what this company manages. Everything is very siloed. You will be frustrated day in and day out. Their turnover rate is high, expect to be working with new people all the time. If you’re desperate and you’re just trying to build a resume, then go for it. Otherwise, it’s not worth your time or overall well being.
