      Pay & Benefits are top notch!

      Homophobic environment. I was targeted and accused of/let go for something that never happened. The “investigation” into the matter was completed by an HR person from out of state whom I had never met, nor even seen my face. I regret not filing an EEOC claim against Delaware North. I loved my job and was great at it. I blame HR and honestly was shocked and heartbroken over the matter.

      Very bad company to work for

      Good money because it was at the airport. Have to work very hard to get all those tables.

      Cons

      Always looking forward to get employees in trouble giving them as many write ups as they can to cover their backs in case of a law sue.
