Pros

Interesting work environment concerts and sporting events

Cons

They say you will get benefits when you are hired, then find many reasons to not give them to you in the end. Management is a bunch of fake partiers who are bullies to the workers. Highmark Stadium has the worst management from the top down, GM says he wants nice staff but EVERYONE under him is nasty and he looks the other way allowing it, he needs to listen to the actual staff but, he's to young and needs real world experience to learn that. A GM in their mid 30s is a mistake, of course all worthwhile staff didn't sit around waiting for the lockdown to end for 18 months and anyone who did got promoted to manager including staff they brought back who had been fired precovid but was brought back for more money AND promoted. DNC doesn't respect education, most managers have only 2 year degrees and their staff has 4 year degrees but is paid under $20/h for that, not to mention life experience their staff has. Management mostly was raised with silver spoons in their mouths and it shows, would rather ship in out of town staff paying tens of thousands or pay temps $25/h then pay a decent rate for local employees, most positions pay minimum or not much more.

Pros

Plenty of intelligent, hardworking people are employed in this company. Fellow coworkers are easy going and fun to work with. Because the company has such a diverse portfolio, there is a wide variety of projects to work on which leads into multiple learning opportunities. With the pandemic, we are currently working with flexible working hours.

Cons

Diversity is lacking at the executive level. I have yet to encounter a person of color who is an executive. Because of the pandemic, everyone is doing more with less and is spread thin.
