Went downhill after new CEO

Pros

Wonderful team and AMAZING food. There's also a very healthy sense of work-life balance that I really appreciated.

Cons

Two words: Chris. Harter. That is the name of the CEO that took over in 2019/2020 and everything went downhill from there. He only cares about the Disney clients that Patina Restaurant Group works with and let every other brand under the Patina umbrella fail. He also doesn't believe in "creative" positions, so marketing and art+style departments were gone shortly after he started at the company. It's quite unfortunate because the company had endless opportunity to take over the fine dining world in Los Angeles again like it did in it's prime. Very unfortunate.

People centric, high expectation for putting in many hours with little to no help from hourly associates.

Cons

Undervalued, overworked, poor benefits. Not the place if you enjoy having a social life.
