There is nothing beneficial about working for this company, unless you want to brown nose management.

Cons

This is the worst company to work for. They let people go for honest mistakes but yet others get away with everything! Very disorganized and use inconsistent practices with in the company, policies apply to who they like and dislike.

I enjoyed the network of support from the management team.

Cons

We should have had more Leigh way to pay the hourly employees a higher wage, if we had paid more, we probably would have had a lower turnover.

Pros

There are plenty of challenges and changes to the management environment that needs to be accomplished. Providing a better and safer environment for employees and guests would be a very rewarding option to employment at this location.

Cons

The work environment, management, etc. is very unhealthy. Intimidation is very alive and well at this location. There is one upper management individual that intimidates, lies, and rules over the employees. This individual is very dysfunctional and has much power by endorsing lies, spying among the employees and backstabbing.
