Pros

Great pay, beautiful venues and facilities. If you are a lover of gaming, retail, food, destinations that are breath taking and sports; than this is the company to work for. Great exposure to other units best practices through travel, conferences and conference calls.

Cons

Hard work, long hours but well worth the effort. You get what you give. Put in the work and you can be recognized for your dedication. Be prepared to not work a normal 9-5. Even in those positions that could be considered 9-5 flexibility is a must. You will work evenings and weekends.

Pros

The people I work with a great and there's very little personal drama that I'm aware of. The company encourages it's associates to take advantage of the many opportunities to advance and/or relocate to one of our many locations around the world. The company is very philinthropic in supporting many charitable fundraisers, sponsorships, etc.

Cons

The health care coverage could be better, they've gone to the "high deductible" plans like many other companies.
