      Pros

      There are many kind hearted people working in the company. You get discounts to other Delaware North locations, if you have the time off to do so.

      Cons

      Expect to have the workload of 2 or 3 people. They will anticipate your willingness to work 80+ hrs a week - without compensating you for the additional work. Management does not understand or care what they're doing to the staff below them. Training is abysmal and disorganized.

      Pros

      I worked at an airport as a Snack Bar Attendant. There were a lot of fun people to work with. Also not bad pay for what the job was. The overtime rate is awesome, and I worked a lot of overtime.

      Cons

      Where I worked it was extremely disorganized. I worked at an airport, and there were days I would work 12 hour days (Awesome overtime rates!), but I would get a call to go to another retail store in the airport, then run into my supervisor halfway there and get yelled at for leaving my current store (which did have another employee there), even though I got a call two minutes before to switch. No communication and disorganized.
