We recognize this as an area of improvement. We have recently stood up our corporate learning team, and their focus will be on developing our employees. They have several initiatives they are launching in 2021 to include an enterprise learning platform and the roll-out of leadership development programs and other programs to aid employees in their development. Stay tuned for some exciting initiatives in 2021!
