      Pros

      There is nothing good to say about this company especially the El Dorado refinery!!! Nice people in the rank and file but not in Manager especially the overall leader.

      Cons

      Horrible ... El Dorado is managed horribly and everyone works under the fear of being fired including contractors. Work hours are terrible and expectations unrealistic. Non-engineers in engineering positions including managerial roles.
