Great dedicated customer base; great prices and vendors. If you can stay staffed in this market you'll have a good quality life but don't expect help from anyone else just hire all that you can

Heavy work load no help from supervisors and no help to move up. Only those who are buddy's with upper management have a chance to move up. They say they are big on inside promotions but I have yet to see that happen unless you good with some one
