      Pros

      I love that at Delek it's easy to fix processes or things that are not efficient. If you have the energy and the idea, you have can have a direct impact on improvements. In my function they do a great job of hiring and promoting from within. Comp is generally good but over my time here bonuses are have either been really good or minimal, not much in the middle. I love the people I work with, the people have got to be the biggest highlight for me.

      Cons

      The company does not always make money which has resulted in lower bonuses from time to time. This also causes some "knee-jerk" reactions that can be pretty disruptive. Budgets seem to always be in flux, it's hard to manage to your budget because it seems like a moving target.
