Good 401k match and stock options.

Cons

The retail division is led by a complete know-it-all narcissist. He expects you to produce exceptional results but he won’t even give you the tools and resources you need to do your job. They also preach about their wonderful culture, but it’s all talk. He will make ridiculous time demands for projects with little to no forethought about how much additional time it will take you to complete the project beyond normal business hours.

Coworkers are great. Pay is good.

Cons

No Onboarding or training. Management is terrible, and assigns all overtime to contractors who are not us-citizens, but have contracts written so that they cannot be paid for any overtime. These contractors work remotely from outside the US for DelekUS and are treated very unfairly. US contractors are not allowed to work overtime as they would get paid time and 1/2. There is very little oversight or planning in division of duties or assignment of duties to team members.
