People, people, and people. Delek has an uncommon concentration of talented, passionate, and inspiring employees at all levels. Tyler has one of the best leadership teams I've ever participated in, led by an incredible GM. Functionally, the Supply Chain had all it took to transform how the Company dealt with suppliers, driving unprecedented results.

Cons

Nothing significant comes to mind.

Salary & Benefits, Hybrid schedule, IT support.

Cons

Delek has an antiquated officer structure, similar to a bank. Many vice-presidents, directors. Senior managers who spend most of their time in meaningless meetings. Many decisions are being made without knowing facts and consulting stakeholders. "Shared Services" is a disaster. All software implementation nearly failed due to lack of due diligence and knowledge of processes.
