      I was gonna say none but wait they offer benefits

      Cons

      Company sucks, they don't care if you work hard and been with for a while.. They treat you with no respect, they want you to slave for them and not pay you anything for your hard work.. They will let anybody be a manger and expect you to work long hours because they can't keep people..company know good.. well in Odessa its not

      Low pay, but not a hard job at all

      Pros

      This job was very easy and I almost never had stress at all. Work was constant and hours were never ever cut.

      Cons

      Gas stations tend to have crime especially shop lifting. In the years I worked for them I never received a raise. The only time I obtained a raise is when minimum wage increased. The company blamed the lack of raises to theft in the store.

      Women are considerably under paid. When you confront managers and HR they blame each other.
