      Pros

      Opportunities for an individual to grow by performing well and being a ‘yes’ person.

      Cons

      Delek is very demanding of their refinery managers and staff. Expect 12-14 hours days. Reliability issues keep the team constantly in emergency mode.

      Pros

      When business was good this was a pretty good company to work for - except for a few bad apples.

      Cons

      Leadership is committed to and rewards mediocrity and the reason isn’t clear. All of these reviews talking about how great it is were obviously written HR dept which has been the busiest dept for the last 2 years firing hundreds of people.

      There are a lot of opportunities if you put in the work. Salaries are also competitive.

      Cons

      People are scared to change things and then when management wants things to change they do not give directions on why.
