Pros
Refinery work is very hit or miss - if you have a ethical leader for your business team then it will be a very good experience. Benefits package is good with stock given every year. Bonus is almost never much of anything except for Refinery leadership.
Cons
Lots of poor management and unethical behavior. You can either 'do no wrong' or you are a 'problem child'. Say one thing but do another. Salary discrepancies for wome that work in the same positions or with same responsiblities as their male counterparts.
