Competitive pay is you don’t have a college degree in a more rural area

Cons

Overworked, underpaid given your skill set, micro managed l, drilled to the bone to do more and give upper entire life to the company. No room to move up, and instructed to rate yourself low during employee reviews because “no one ever gets a perfect rating, those trigger raises which we can’t give out right now”

HR is non existent and incompetent. Executive Team is known as “the tribe” and so unprofessional in nearly everything they do.
