      It's not perfect, but I think it's pretty great

      Pros

      Delek offers competitive benefits including 401k, stock options and bonuses. Unsure on where they stand on salary comparisons, but I believe that most employees would say they are paid fairly. I've been lucky to work with dozens of different departments throughout the company. I'd say 98% of them are made up of people that I'd happily work with again.

      Cons

      I believe, since the changes in management over the last few years, Delek values work/life balance. However, not all managers feel the same. Just because Delek as a whole feels this way, doesn't mean that your immediate manager won't expect long hours and limited time off.
