- Hard work and initiative gets you noticed, which frequently leads to opportunities for promotions or exposure to new areas of the business. - You're given the room to fail. If you're ambitious enough to go out on a limb or take on a tough assignment (as long as management is aware and approves), you'll get opportunities to flex your skills in ways that wouldn't be available at most companies. - Flatter company layers means way more exposure to senior managers and the c-suite. It's not uncommon for analysts to provide work and input directly to the CEO, who makes a lot of effort to gather perspectives from up and down the organization, not just the EVPs/VPs.

Cons

- The flat org structure and entrepreneurial mindset embedded in the culture often mean that work can feel chaotic. If you want narrowly defined responsibilities and processes and to do the same thing every day, don't work here. - You have to be able to warehouse pressure. Everyone is professional, but they'll have high expectations for you.

The only “pro” is the benefits

Cons

Work life balance is non existent. Dry promotions. Retaliation is a common theme here. You will be forced out by constructive discharge. And finally, once you give notice, they just tell you to leave.
