Delek is a very generous company and invests in their employees. The company as a whole cares about all employees and wants them to be successful. I highly recommend Delek US.

Cons

Work-life balance can sometimes be a challenge but that will depend on your roll in the company.

Pros

Generous and well-rounded benefits package. WFH / hybrid flexibility if you work in Corporate. Moving management systems in the right direction to align more closely with industry best practices. High emphasis on employee safety. Smaller company so things move quickly.

Cons

Budget cuts lead to asset reliability impacts. No 9/80 or WFH flexibility for refinery personnel. Changing this is critical to attract engineering talent, especially when 3 of the 4 refinery assets are not in attractive areas to live and have a family. Only 6 weeks of paid maternity leave while industry peers have much more. Refinery personnel have to sit in on lunch meetings scheduled by Corporate and watch them eat. More like a pet peeve but so tacky! At least offer to buy lunch...
