Management by intimidation. HR gives no support. Management uses threats, fear, insecurity, and lies to keep everyone in line and produce more. Currently looking for another job.

Working remotely myself, I do view remote work as a pro since it's easier to concentrate with fewer distractions than in an office environment. Now for the cons - We strive to ensure our employees are paid based on market data, but I'm sorry you feel the pay range was inadequate. We are working to have more communication across the board through - DelekDirect and our state of the business videocasts.
