It really means a lot to me that we have someone with 10+ years at Delek (kudos!) able to share and highlight some of our core values that you have seen in action - innovation, safety, commitment, & excellence, dedication (although not a core value it is a great pro). As for the cons - We are working hard to highlight our diversity and ESG efforts at Delek. For more insight, I highly recommend taking a peek at our ESG annual report that shares how we strive to protect people, communities, and the environment. Also, we recently joined the Hydrogen Council to explore hydrogen solutions for the future. Please reach out to us (HR team) to give specifics on how we can improve communication and make our available positions more accessible to all. Again, it's wonderful to share this feedback positives, and areas where we are improving with others as they explore Delek. Thank you!

As for the cons, we are a growing company, so, understandably, it may seem unorganized at times, but we are improving as we go.
