Really Good and Really Bad

Pros

Really great people, willing to help you out if they have time. Also, you can get a lot of experience, if you volunteer you can do anything you want.

Cons

Short staffed and constant reliability issues make getting long term (> 6 months) initiatives complete nearly impossible. It is a revolving door and the good people only last a few years. Hopefully it will change soon.

Overloaded, losing stock awards which are a big component of overall compensation for those already employees and prefer to hire externally than develop or promote internally.
