Growing company looking to expand in the industry.

Cons

Low pay compared to industry averages. Good ole boy mentality. Takes money from projects in middle of projects to move elsewhere reducing the effectiveness of any planned improvements. Lack of acceptance of industry norms and requiring individuals to cut their own hours to prevent any overtime.

Misery loves company. Office peers are nice Pay is average Work from home flexibility

Cons

-Do not observe calendars. Meetings canceled all the time because an Israeli in HQ wants to talk -401k matching does not happen until after a year of employment -DKL President is young and lacks leadership skills -Silos among operating units and little collaboration -Most employees have a negative view of the company -Don't work here if you expect to receive praise or recognition
