      Pros

      Alot of my coworkers were great as well as my managers. 401K match is pretty good, stock options and you got bonuses. The CEO is a great guy.

      Cons

      Bonuses only happen if the company does good. The 5 years I been there things have gone only 1 direction financially.... up. Work/life balance is preached but thats mostly for show. HIGH STRESS! If you work in IT.... good luck because the corporation will tell you to jump and the only response allowed is "How high". The old motto that was preached to us was "The new no is Yes" Medical insurance provided by this company is a joke.

      Fair pay; good benefits; challenging work. I'm an 'older worker' and feel both appreciated and valued for my work, not my age. Great executive team!!!
