Pros

You're largely in charge of your own schedule, and trust is given to the employees to be on time. Often, if a student has a dispute, the tutor is given the benefit of the doubt. This is the ideal position for anyone working while attending college.

Cons

Sometimes, there is a complaint from disgruntled students that a faculty member will have to speak to you about.
