Pros
Everyone who works at Delgado is passionate about their jobs and helping students. There is a strong teamwork environment that at the same time allows individuals to come up with ideas and implement them.
Cons
During the first summer of the Coronavirus pandemic, many decisions were made quickly about coming back to work in the office. I wish it could have been a smoother transition and not quite as much pressure to come back as there ultimately was.
