no direction in management= freedom for classes take it as a double edged sword, interacting with students

Cons

extremely low pay- you will be making less money than your students (less than 2k a month), disorganization, constantly changing management, no clear direction, hostile work environment, payment delay- it takes 1.5 months into the semester to get first paycheck
