      Pros

      Nice people to work with overall. Friendly environment for employees. Lots of activities scheduled to show appreciation

      Cons

      Unqualified people in management. Lots of favoritism. Not real training or development plans for employees. Very cheap when it comes to improvement with IT and Stores

      The beginnings of my work life.

      Pros

      It was a fun way to interact with the local community. It did have a friendly neighborhood feel. I had a lot of different roles in my position and got to move around a lot. Would highly recommend for a first job.

      Cons

      Some challenges are dealing with customers. Many are short tempered and expect results with the snap of a finger. The ability to move up in the ranks takes a lot of dedication and time.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, ideal for someone who wants to work without so much stress and be home as soon as possible in order to spend time with his family.

      Cons

      Lack of ambitious, young people. It is also very hard for development opportunities to come by. The headquarters are far from city area.
