      Pros

      It used to be a great place not anymore . Hannaford clowns spent all of Food Lions profits Now the New CEO is cutting everywhere to make up for it Cut all the salary clowns leaving early everyday taking 10 weeks of vacation and 25 sick days

      Cons

      They just cut all veteran ( Hourly) employees pay by 8 % Because Sunday is considered a regular day no premium pay . I wonder how many corporate employees are working on Sundays ????? All of the stores are open on Sundays 4000 employees effected buy cuts

      Pros

      A great company to work for and enjoyed the many people who I came in contact with on a daily basis. Pay was good. The company culture was very good over-all and promoted a diverse and inclusive culture. More often than not was treated very fairly

      Cons

      Corporate restructure impacted many great individuals who lost there jobs. Unfortunately for many within this great company decisions made by a handful of senior leadership across U.S. Opco's didn't deliver on there commitments.
