We appreciate your continued support and optimism for Delicato’s future. This is definitely a transition period with expected bumps along the way due to significant growth and an ever-changing marketplace. In fact, we agree on the need for change management and plan to offer training on the topic later this year.

Delicato Family Vineyards is a family owned and family operated organization. We take enormous pride in the wide variety of roles the Indelicato family holds throughout the organization. Family members are in leadership positions such as CEO and COO. In addition, we have family members who serve as brand ambassadors and work in Transportation, Winemaking, our Customer Service department, and the Tasting Room in Manteca. These family members also serve on the board which makes all major decisions regarding the business. With regard to the comment about the removal of recent reviews: this is simply untrue. Delicato has never removed or had removed any reviews. In fact, Glassdoor controls all postings and rarely removes them, even when extremely negative. Although employers may request the removal of postings, Glassdoor rarely does so, often referencing their commitment to transparency and authenticity.
