Effective January 1, 2018, we increased our salary ranges substantially. The company looks at internal and external factors including an employee’s experience, performance, and time in position to ensure its pay practices are fair and equitable.

Everyday I feel so good to come to work. I've worked at a lot of places during my years. When I wake up in the morning, I am excited to come into work here. So many great people -all working for the same goals. Your job is clear and you know your goals Benefits are ON POINT! Management seems to care about the development of their employees Great HR department that looks out for employees ...oh....WINE! The best brands on the reduced employee prices....

Cons

A little behind in times in regards to systems but they are working on new systems. Older facilities - but new buildings in the future. Pay is a little low in some roles compared to other companies
