Pros

Excellent benefits, teamwork culture, many employees with a passion for making an outstanding product. The family is fair and truly down to earth, management understands the issues and continues to work towards building solid communication channels between departments. Always an opportunity for growth, that is what keeps me motivated.

Cons

Company, like all companies is not perfect. However, I have worked at other places that care much less for you and would take credit in a heartbeat. Not here...teamwork is very much alive at Delicato.

Pros

Team outings and some free lunches The Free wine. I suppose that's it, did i mention the free wine?

Cons

Beyond being a boys club, management and their buddies look past what's right and wrong. Micromanaging, take credit for work done by others. The salaries are ridiculously low yet they bring some employees on extravagant vacations. They're constantly trying to reach the "millenial" market without actually listening to the ones who work for them. Worst work experience, which was quite disappointing.

We are sorry to hear about your perception, and sincerely appreciate your feedback. The description of your experience is contrary to the feedback that our employees provide us through surveys and roundtables. In fact, in 2015 Delicato started the Women's Leadership Initiative aiming to support, strengthen, and empower current and future women leaders of the organization. The mission with the Women’s Leadership Initiative is to "Improve Delicato's business results by attracting and retaining talented women and providing professional development opportunities that promote and inspire women's leadership." Great Place to Work

Pros

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The employees are passionate and fun to work with. My job is both challenging and stimulating. And the benefits are great: paid time off, free wine and discounts, flexibility, 401k match.

Cons

Sometimes it can take too long to make decisions. While it's good to take your time and be thoughtful, it would be nice if some decisions could be made faster.
