We are sorry to hear about your negative perception of Delicato Family Vineyards. We take claims of harassment, very seriously, and all complaints are investigated in a thorough and timely manner. As is our policy and practice, we will continue to promptly identify, investigate, remedy and prevent harassment and all other illegal behavior from occurring. Employees are expected and encouraged to notify management or human resources if they feel they have experienced harassment, in the workplace and managers and supervisors are trained on receiving and reporting such claims. We are committed to providing a safe and fair workplace for all employees and we would be happy to address your concerns privately if you choose to reach out to the human resources department.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and to share your opinion. I agree with you, we have a fantastic group of people that work here and the Family is wonderful as well. In fact, that is one of the many reasons I work for Delicato. I am, however, disappointed to hear of your perception with regard to internal promotions. As an organization we strongly encourage the development and growth of our employees so they are ready when there is a promotion opportunity. We make every effort to make sure our employees are aware of open jobs. Promotion decisions are made in consultation with several leaders and not by one individual to ensure different perspectives.
