Pros

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The employees are passionate and fun to work with. My job is both challenging and stimulating. And the benefits are great: paid time off, free wine and discounts, flexibility, 401k match.

Cons

Sometimes it can take too long to make decisions. While it's good to take your time and be thoughtful, it would be nice if some decisions could be made faster.

Pros

They offer great benefits. Most seem happy to work here. Great job if you are not looking to furthering your career.

Cons

Top heavy in the management department. Too much micromanagement going on. No room for advancement unless you are "in" with management. If you are not happy in your department they would rather loose you then move you.

Big company but you still feel like a family. The owners are very accessible. Excellent employee benefit plan.

Cons

During my years at Delicato I never had anything bad to say about them.
