I've worked at Delicato Family Vineyards for four years and it's a great company for a variety of reasons - strong company culture, high growth brands, a wealth of resources in terms of marketing and category/consumer analytics, a highly skilled sales team, and very well regarded among distributors and other suppliers.

Cons

No real cons - issues are addressed when they appear.

Great company culture, hands-on family owners who truly care about the people, forward-thinking, high-energy, fast-paced. Good place to work if salary isn't your highest priority in a job.

Cons

Some in executive management need to go, moves so fast that sometimes things aren't thought all the way through, low-ball salaries, HR way too involved in everything
