Overall a good security company but needs to have some stability in management

Pros

Wednesday lunches. Very supportive engineering team. Overall very good contender in PAM domain

Cons

Compensation not competitive. Had salary deductions during pandemic but later returned those salary cuts. Lots of changes in management after acquisition by TPG

-Excellent atmosphere: No matter where in the company you work, you are working with like-minded people who share your values -Bragability: No one in your family or circle of friends is going to have heard of Thycotic, but when you tell them about your pay and benefits they're gonna go positively green with envy -Employees Matter: Thycotic isn't a well oiled machine where every one that works is a vital cog; Thycotic is a community where every person has something to contribute whether they know it or not.

Cons

-Rapid Growth is more than some people are looking for in a work environment and the fear of being lost in the crowd is real -Fast Pace can take a bit to get used to -Sales Focus makes other departments feel a little lack-luster
