      Pros

      For those who have worked in large corporations, who's board of directors make decisions based on quarterly profits. Delkors leadership team is connected to the day-to-day operation of the business. There is plenty of room for advancement of your career, and good ideas and industry best practices are valued above - "we've always done it this way". Free coffee!

      Cons

      Little in way of lunch and breakfast options in the area.

      Pros

      Great place to work. I work part time and the workers are friendly and enjoy their jobs. The owners stop by on the floor and actually take time to get to know you. Dont be surprised when they address you by name. Thanks for the great opportunity to work for your company. I know giving a company a 5 star rating is rare but if I do really enjoy being there. Laugh and joke plus still accomplish the task at hand.

      Cons

      Its factory so they hire temps that come in from an outside company and think they know how to do things and they unkind words with each other. Yes you see the 60 to 70 year olds who are retired that still work part time this is not always and easy job with lifting and bending. Some task are easier to perform.
