Pros

good package as compared to most of the contact centers, good for freshers, u get discount on laptops

Cons

the promotion ladder is too long, every operational department has to sell but the incentives is pea nuts as compared to other centers

1) It has a good work life balance 2) You will get more exposure when you are in experience range 1-6 years

Cons

1) Frequent changes in the direction and approach to follow of the management. 2) Giving less ownership to outside business team and giving short term solution.

Excellent compensation and benefits. Salaries are significantly higher than comparable jobs locally available, and benefits are best in class. As a result, Dell is viewed locally as a very desirable employer

Cons

Individuals move so quickly from role to role that it is almost impossible to evaluate performance well -- or to see the results of smart decisions that might take time to play out. Therefore, there is a premium on jumping on whatever initiative is perceived as already doing well and then claiming credit.
