Dell owns you, you will have no outside life because of schedule conflicts. expect 60 hour work weeks, and six days a week with as little as one day notice. No chance of seeing your children, even though management has you working 8 to 8 they will still slip out early to get their kids home...

I would not say a t Dell, but at my workplace, the managemeent would give more attention to the "Yes Men". During the layoff's, the senior management used this opportunity to lay off t hose people who had raised t heir voice against their idiotic ways of managing the site and business.
