      Poor Compensation, Bogus Performance Reviews, Worthless Values Card

      Pros

      - Great team members - Genuinely good people and talented associates - Fitness center on site - Buddy up with senior management to progress

      Cons

      - Like many others that have commented in reviews, compensation is on the low side - Pay scale structure is complex and designed to justify keeping you at a lower salary - Performance reviews are a joke and bogus! Managers are given "quotas" of employees they need to "fit" in the respective performance categories. - Promotions with a pay raise are non-existent. You are given more and additional responsibilities but no corresponding pay raise. - Don't ever get close to the bench.

      Pros

      You get to learn a whole lot in a short amount of time. When you get to add value, you get to expand your job scope to parley they next job. If you are underqualified, you get overpaid

      Cons

      If you are overqualified, you won't get promoted easily. They work you pretty hard most of the time, 150% of effort is not enough. Constantly putting out management created fires.
