      Pros

      compensation is competitive, brand and company still respected (at least externally and outside Austin), Austin isn't a bad place to live

      Cons

      challenging place to work, but not the sort of challenge that you want. Less about thinking and being strategic and more about tactical challenges navigating the org and getting things done. culture not great and morale seems to be low

      Pros

      Good benefits, including vacation, health and vacation. Quick responses to HR questions. Opportunities to purchase Dell hardware at a discount.

      Cons

      Our company was purchased by Dell, with the intent of fully integrating the company into the Dell structure. There was very poor or non-existent communication with regard to which positions would be kept and which would be eliminated.

      Freedom to move to other roles; in Austin; good benefits; senior management exposure; high level of responsibility; cafeteria and gym on site

      Cons

      Not much work life balance because after the multiple rounds of layoffs most people are doing the job of multiple people; how people are promoted is neither fair nor consistent
