Pros

Some of the residents , staff and families are really nice and great to work with. They have a decent pay scale.

Cons

The work load is very heavy. There is no accountability, the front office micromanaged everyone, they have people who spy and report to them. Turn over is very high, staffing is a mess, can be very stressful place to work. They say that have high standards for care but they really just want a warm body in the building.

Pros

The free CNA course to get certified.

Cons

They treat their employees like pure garbage. If you want to work for a company that goes off on you behind your back if you turn down over time and for company that truly does not care about their employees then this is the place for you. I've had whole divisions by myself. You have to stand in A-line to get your paycheck and they will flat out ignore you and so you say Hi I'm here to get my paycheck and then the girl behind the desk hands it to you does not make eye contact and acts like she's doing you a favor my paying you. I've got me things stolen from me on multiple occasions. I've worked 24 hours strait. Nurses do not help you. You are truly on your own. The workload is just way more than you would expect from any retirement community. A just Call people and from off the street. Anyone with a heartbeat can work there. So you're taking a CNA classes and being thrown on the floor the 3rd day that you are employed so you know nothing and you're just thrown in by yourself after day four. I wouldn't Bring any of my loved family members their. The complete lack of professionalism is why I chose to work somewhere else. I could not be more happy right now. Call lights going off for hours. I literally cannot say enough bad things about this place. Worst place I've ever worked. I was never late never called in. You do not hear from management unless they have something bad to say. You will get called in on every single one of your days off to come in and work and if you do not do it you're labeled. I worked there for 3 years. I thought it was a blessing that such a reputable company would hire me. I stuck it out for as long as I could. They will offer you 10 to $11 an hour and the next person will come in with less experience in make 13 to $14 an hour. How is that fair ? a 20 cent raise after a year is not what I call being appreciated. The employees call this place hell. Look elsewhere to work. There's plenty of other places that will treat you a lot better and pay you a hell of a lot better.

Pros

It is a clean facility and the work is no better or worse than any other nursing home.

Cons

Staffing was always hit or miss. Nurses were absolutely dreadful to CNAs. Rude, sneering, name calling.
