There can be very frustrating days where the residents or guests don't agree or fuss with you about, but you just have to keep an open mind.

Money is good. Ask for more than you think, they'll give it to you.

Cons

CONSTANTLY CRAZY UNDER-STAFFED. Payroll messes up your checks and then gives you flack when you try to resolve it. Did I say short-staffed? Management doesn't care about anyone except themselves, they will not get on the floor to help and you will be talked to like a child constantly, even if you're being praised.
