      Pros

      Quality people, quality projects and very interesting work.

      Cons

      Conflict with my values - I don't want to "use" people until there is nothing left...it is the toughest, most competitive work environment I've ever experienced.

      Pros

      Challanging work environment with smart young talent and can't complain about the pay and truly best in class benefits including flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, bottle neck at Sr. Manager level and very few partner slots, staff attrition since mark started to open up puts pressure on remaining people, terrible roll out of new audit methodology, bonuses have been terrible. Tons of vacation time but pressured not to use it through casual jokes by partners and managers, though to reprecussions if you take it.
