Here in ERS, we don't do mostly IT Audit assignments, we do only IT audit assignments. Totally unstructured practices and methodologies followed here, the practices and methodologies change as the engagement manager change. Very poor quality of person in middle management. No trainings at all. No work-life balance at all. Some resources in middle management belongs to legacy firms, very pathetic to work with. No sense of work life balance at all. 50-60 hours per week work, sometimes more. Very typical legacy audit firm like culture from middle management. Not at all a Big4 environment due to legacies. Will take another 20 years to be a Big4.
