Business Outlook
Pros
Plenty of opportunity to work with good clients and to learn, but P/P/Ds will treat you as a slave. Other then a great benefit package you could achieve far less then any other consulting company. Partners and Directors will nickle and dime you on your travel. Plenty of vacation days, but sr. management are resplendent to release you from the project to take them.
Cons
Deloitte promoted work/life balance, but it lack in practice. There are too many responsibilities of manager and sr. managers to promote themselves internally to succeed. I had a partner bossing me around like I was his slave in an environment that he had no clue. I spent close to 60 hours in developing one slide that had only one bullet.
