Nice people to work with Good Experience in new technology Good dental and vision but okay medical (high deductible)

Cons

No raise/ promotions in last 3 years Very less bonus (around 1%) Old style everything is excel Managers have their favorites when it comes to raise or promotions Do not value work but value show off

Pros

Salary higher than average Strong business and product portfolio Professional employees with a strong knowledge in the different fields( outside of IT) The new CEO looks motivated to change the company culture

Cons

Poor and toxic leadership in IT , the culture pillars for respect and inclusion are simply ignored by them. You can get fired easily with little consideration to employees health Low motivation and engagement resulting from low respect and a culture of secrecy, mainly in IT . Lot of IT folks will lose their job despite all the efforts they made to get the organization independent from APTIV.
