      There is nothing good about working here. HEll RAY

      Cons

      Understaffed. Frequent changes in management. High patient volume. Tenet only focus in profits not patient care, jobs are cut and remaining personnel told to do 2 jobs . Nurses feel overworked, underpaid and uber-stressed.

      Pros

      Good pay rate and the benefits are ok.

      Cons

      There is alot of management but the hospital is always short staffed. The hospital is often short nurses, case managers, and social workers. The staff are treated as they are replaceable and not a great deal of respect.

      Pros

      You learn a lot working here. It is a very busy ER with a high acuity patient population, so there are always opportunities to gain experience and build your skills. The night shift staff is amazing. The benefits were great when I worked full time.

      Cons

      The ER is constantly short staffed, which makes it a stressful and unsafe place to work. Management is disorganized and communication is poor. The department is often dirty because there are not enough staff members to keep up with the workload.
